CuisinArt Resort & Spa Hotel Review: Inspired by the iconic architecture of the Greek island of Mykonos, the CuisinArt Resort exudes an ambiance of relaxation. With its beautiful whitewashed villas and lush foliage, the resort offers the type of setting that even the most discriminating traveler is searching for. Designed as a showcase for the natural marriage of cuisine and art, the property does indeed live up to its name---offering an impressive collection of fine art throughout the grounds as well as some of the finest dining in the Caribbean. Poolside restaurants Café Mediterraneo and Santorini use herbs and vegetables that are grown on-site to complement fresh lobster and other local delicacies. The 93 rooms on the property feature colorful Italian fabrics and furniture imported from around the world, creating a comfortable atmosphere. All rooms feature magnificent views (the island of St. Martin is in plain view) and large bathrooms set in Italian marble are accented by deep bathtubs. Enhancing the relaxing theme of the property is the immense Venus Spa which was lavishly expanded and renovated in 2008. Overlooking the infinity pools and the sea, this full-service spa offers the latest in hydrotherapeudic massage techniques including an aqua therapy pool and mineral baths with healing Anguilla sea water. The lengthy list of massage and body treatments to be had in the spa's 16 new rooms, including two couples suites, will make you wish that you never had to leave.
