The London Hilton on Park Lane Hotel Review

: This was London's first skyscraper hotel, and when it opened, it created a great deal of outrage that guests would be able to see into the gardens of Buckingham Palace. Times have changed, but it still has arguably the best views in London. The combination of the splendid Park Lane location and talented management makes this large hotel an excellent choice. Bedrooms are spacious and have traditional mahogany furniture and plush fabrics. Six floors of executive rooms have their own private check-in, a club-style lounge area for complimentary continental breakfast, tea and drinks, as well as a business center. The Hilton is known for its excellent service and efficiency, hence its popularity and large number of returning clients. Serving an accomplished French menu, Galvin at Windows brings glamour to the space once occupied by the more staid Windows. There's also a pleasant, welcoming brasserie on the ground floor. The hipper Zeta Bar is stylish and offers healthy cocktails full of fruit juices and spices to keep you from feeling too guilty about indulging. Also very good are the bar snacks. In the lobby's POP bar, the menu focuses on bubbly.
