Holiday Inn Resort Los Cabos Hotel Review: At this all-inclusive resort, guests can enjoy a variety of resort luxuries for an affordable price. Rates include all meals and drinks from 24-hour room service and five on-site dining venues --- Frutas y Floras, a casual restaurant for light fare; La Terraza, an outdoor steakhouse; El Patio, a dinner-only Mexican gourmet restaurant; Napa, for California cuisine; and El Caribeño, a sit-down snack bar located on the sandy beach. Additionally, the resort has two bars and lounges: the swim-up Bar La Ballena in the Activities Pool for “colorful” cocktails and internationally inspired drinks, and Bar El Delfin, a swim-up refreshment spot in the Family Pool. Guest rooms are equipped with cable TV, air conditioning, coffee makers, irons with ironing boards, telephones with voicemail, wireless Internet access and spacious work desks. The property is divided into three distinct sections. In one, adults can enjoy drinks and dining in child-free areas. In another, there is a large Activities Pool for aquaerobics, water polo and volleyball. And in yet another, the Family Pool has lots of kid-friendly attributes. In keeping with its all-age-inclusive theme, the resort operates the Chiqui Kids Club, whose babysitting services and interactive, resort-oriented activities such as arts-and-crafts and Spanish classes will keep younger guests busy while their parents unwind. Sport-seeking guests will find golf, tennis and horseback riding at or near the resort, and guests needing to get a little work done while away can utilize the full-service business center. Also on the property is a 24-hour gym with basic free-weight and cardio equipment; an off-site fitness facility with a wider range of equipment is available for an average charge of $5.
