L'Hotel Review: This renovated hotel retains its period charm in guest chambers that exude individual character. In number 16, redone in Victorian style, Oscar Wilde spent his last days; room 36 turns back the hands of time to the Art Deco era; and number 12, the leopard room, has been reinterpreted with a “back to Africa” ambience. On the ground floor, the location features a bar, a gastronomic restaurant and a beautiful patio graced with a fountain. A stone staircase leads to a nice swimming pool. It's possible that the prospect of a stay here will elicit the same response as that attributed to dear old Oscar: "One can resist anything but temptation."
