Hotel Cloitre Saint Louis Hotel Review: The dignified beauty of this sixteenth-century Jesuit novitiate has been scrupulously respected, in spite of the modern "design" furnishings in the lobby and bar, and the contemporary wing added by Jean Nouvel, architect of the Arab World Institute in Paris. The rooms are lovely and quiet, with many attractive amenities (cable TV, safes, minibar). A sun lounge has been fitted out on the roof. Delicious breakfasts (and so they should be, at the price).
