 Open for more than 30 years this hotel is run by the descendants of the Alexander family who originally opened it in the 1960’s. Located in the heart of Hilo town, this small property has just 18 reasonably priced rooms ranging in size from studios to two bedrooms. All have kitchens and feature an island setting, friendly service and lots of island ambiance. The setting is very casual and low key and the guest units are roomy and the parking is free. It is only a few blocks from downtown Hilo and less than an hour from Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. |
