Built in 1942, the building was originally a private apartment complex before becoming a hotel. In fact, some permanent residents still reside in the building. There’s nothing extravagant about this place. It offers reliable rooms with basic services, which is exactly what its clientele wants. The corners are clean. The beds are comfortable.
