A sleek Asian atmosphere, featuring Asian prints and rattan-style furniture, complements the hotel's contribution to the local art scene---it supports regional artists and displays their work in its downstairs gallery. It is within walking distance to Union Square, the Financial District, Chinatown and much more. Guests are welcomed into a clean and airy reception area, manned by a friendly and efficient staff. Many of the 51 simply decorated rooms include refrigerators and microwaves. Not all have private baths, though. The property houses Le Central, a French restaurant and cocktail lounge.
