Chef Josselin Marie creates an ever evolving menu based only on the fresh produce he has available. Depending on the season, expect green asparagus sparkled with pine pinions with a sauce made an organic egg enhanced by drops of a 25-year old balsamic vinegar, foie gras coquettes, or crab from Brittany seasoned with mango, combawa lemon and chive and fennel cream for appetizers. Do not hesitate to order the sole or the pigeon if they are the menu. Finish with the delicate milk chocolate and hazelnut bar. At 1 Place Vendôme, you can also enjoy a cocktail, among the best in Paris, in a discreet location at a very chic address. Both the bar and the restaurant are ideal for a quite meeting, whether it is for business or romance.
