 10 Arts Bistro & Lounge Restaurant Review: Housed in The Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia, across from City Hall, 10 Arts Bistro & Lounge offers a fetching, New American menu with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients, swanky comfort food, creative cocktails and an approachable wine list. Dinnertime appetizers from chef de cuisine Nathan Volz include foie gras torchon with a blackberry and tarragon compote, while mains range from Pennsylvania brook trout accented with hazelnut brown butter sauce to tagliatelle with spring lamb ragoût. Breakfast and lunch are also served. The lobby restaurant’s colorful, modern holographic columns strike a dramatic note within the former bank’s lofty space. |
