 The restaurant at the Amway Grand Plaza hotel, with its elegant, Louis XVI-inspired interior, is a favored destination for celebrating an anniversary or other special occasion. Exceptional service and artful presentation are the norm at 1913, as is an inventive menu. Choose among seared Norwegian salmon with a horseradish crust, roasted breast of pheasant and leg confit with brioche bread pudding, and filet of beef au poivre.
