This North Shore restaurant offers a beautiful setting and sweeping views of the Pacific. Seafood is the natural focus, and this is where 21 Degrees shines. A plentiful supply of fresh Kahuku shrimp and other island-caught fish like opah, ahi, moi and opakapaka are available in a variety of preparations. We suggest asking your server for recommendations, but don't miss the risotto---the chef is a master of this and it often comes with interesting additions like saffron and whatever fresh produce the local farms have provided. Desserts are elegant and crème brûlée lovers will be charmed by the trio of vanilla, chocolate and pistachio while chocolate fans will go for the soufflé. Service is cordial and attentive yet never intrusive, allowing couples to enjoy a quiet conversation. The best time to dine is at sunset, when the ocean calms and the skies become a mélange of russet, purple and gold tones.
