25 Degrees Restaurant Review

: 25 Degrees, by restaurateurs Tim and Liza Goodell, offers a fun twist on the American classics of burgers, fries and shakes. The downtown Huntington Beach restaurant, which has sister locations in Los Angeles, Chicago and Bangkok, features chic décor with red velvet walls and black chandeliers. Start off with spicy tuna on crispy eggplant, chili-honey chicken wings or carnitas poutine. Be sure to leave room for the main event --- a big, juicy burger garnished with your choice of fourteen different toppings, cheeses and sauces, served on a brioche bun. Another option is to select one of the four signature burgers (#2 is topped with roasted tomato, burrata, crispy prosciutto and pesto). Accompany your meal with a cocktail or a spiked milkshake. Our personal favorite is the Night Owl (Kahlúa, Godiva Dark Chocolate Liqueur, chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream). Happy hour is offered every day from 3 p.m-7 p.m.
