THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED 25 Degrees Restaurant Review:

Its nickname is “bordello meets burger bar," but before you get too excited, the bordello bit refers to the décor---French toile wallpaper, black crystal chandeliers and cushy oxblood leather booths. The burgers, though, are pretty sexy in their own right, cooked as requested, which is a good thing since the name refers to the 25-degree temperature difference between a medium-rare and well-done patty. The high-fashion joint is an offshoot of the restaurant of the same name in Los Angeles, and while the Phoenix location is a bit lighter and brighter, it’s the same beautiful food and drink. The strategy is simple: choose a slick combo like the Number One, topped with bacon, prelibato Gorgonzola, crescenza, arugula, caramelized onions and Thousand Island. Or, you can build your own burger, from choices like Midnight Moon goat cheese, fried egg or tarragon rémoulade. If burgers aren’t your business, there are also tasty salads like roasted beet and burrata, a chili-sauerkraut hot dog or the fried egg, bacon and cheddar sandwich. To round it out, add some fancy fries, a malt, or a selection from the full bar, including rare bourbons and a Guinness milkshake. Service is quick, albeit slightly snooty.
