| Paolo Cesaro and Antonio Muré (Ado) are behind 31 Ten, which means the food is taken more seriously than the average Westside lounge scene. Revelers can gather around the fire pit and sample eclectic fare that ranges from braised duck wontons to tacos to wood-fired pizzas, paired with some nicely crafted signature cocktails. For larger appetites, there are also grilled lamb sausage skewers with tzatziki sauce, tuna sliders, or beef medallions with poached lobster and seared foie gras in a pomegranate reduction. DJs start spinning at 10 p.m. The seductively lit indoor-outdoor setting, formerly Caché Restaurant & Lounge, is definitely a plus. |
