320 Main Restaurant Review

: Earthy, cozy confines and a sleek bar where patrons can gather while the game plays out on the flat-screen TV give 320 Main a neighborhood hangout vibe. Yet the food and drink offerings go beyond the traditional. The cocktail program boasts handcrafted libations that taste as good as they look, ranging from a classic Moscow Mule to the rye whiskey, vermouth and Gran Classico concoction "Clockwork Orange." Executive chef Jaime Carrano, who has worked in the kitchens of Bouchon in Beverly Hills and Aureole in New York, has created a tight contemporary menu that showcases his creative mettle in a way that feels completely accessible and not forced. Starters showcase this flair by way of crispy polenta with burrata, duck confit fries, pork belly mac ‘n’ cheese, and roasted bone marrow with braised oxtail marmalade. Carrano's creativity shines through the entrées as well, with duck confit potpie, crispy skin branzino with cauliflower couscous, and skirt steak with bacon-braised greens and king oyster mushrooms. Desserts like the brown sugar cake are a nice way to end the meal.
