350 Main Brasserie Restaurant Review:

The polished service and stylish ambience of 350 Main Brasserie consistently make it one of the most distinguished restaurants on Park City's Main Street. The masculine black steel, floor-to-ceiling bay windows, wood floors and oversize booths evoke a classic 1930s-style American bistro. Executive chef Carl Fiessinger puts a spin on classics to match the extensive wine list. Try a venison carpaccio starter with caper berries and shaved hazelnuts or “Smokey Mac-A-Gnocchi-N-Cheese.” Among the specials, he may offer a duo of sautéed prawns with grits and charred asparagus and pan-roasted rib-eye with gingerbread demi-glace. Desserts go beyond the ordinary with offerings such as bourbon apple bread pudding with cider gelato. For something more casual, hang out at the bar and order from the small-plates menu, complemented by pours from the notable wine list. There's a children's menu, too, with chicken strips, barbecue pork sliders and more. Next door is sister establishment The Spur Bar & Grill, which features Southern pub grub and live music in a darkened lounge atmosphere.
