350 Main Brasserie Restaurant Review: The polished service and stylish ambience of 350 Main Brasserie consistently make it one of the most distinguished restaurants on Park City's Main Street. The masculine black steel, floor-to-ceiling bay windows, wood floors and oversize booths evoke a classic 1930s-style American bistro. In the past the food didn't always live up to expectations, but executive chef Carl Fiessinger has since taken over the reins. He puts a spin on classics like a beet and goat cheese starter, here made with pistachio aerated chevre, roasted young beets, quinoa cracker and pomegranate reduction. Among the specials, he may offer a "Field-N-Stream" duo of crispy skin Utah trout with red quinoa huckleberry relish and Rocky Mountain elk sausage with fiddleheads and morel mushrooms. Desserts go beyond the ordinary with offerings such as maple pound cake with bacon gelato and preserved cherries. For something more casual, hang out at the bar and order from the small plates menu, complemented by pours from the notable wine list. There's a children's menu, too, with chicken strips, barbecue pork sliders and more. Next door is sister restaurant The Spur Bar & Grill, which features Southern pub grub and live music.
