Located in a freestanding building hidden away in the parking lot of an Esprit outlet, this exciting, industrial-style space offers delightful Mediterranean dishes. One starter is truly unique: roasted veal bones with their marrow intact served with toast points for a real European taste. For entrées, the grilled New York steak with buttermilk onion rings and Gorgonzola butter is one draw, while the lamb loin pairs well with beans, roasted tomatoes and mint salsa verde. Although the restaurant no longer hosts live music, the hip scene exudes palpable energy. Try to get a table upstairs. The rounded booths offer a bird's eye view of the dining room, open kitchen and the twinkling lights of the bay in the background.
