 Since 1984, this clubby restaurant with a traditional English décor has been serving hand-cut Prime steaks, broiled at an extremely high temperature to sear the outside and keep the inside juicy. You can also get fresh lobster tails, along with such specialties as baked goat cheese with roasted garlic and Colorado prime lamb. The lively pub-style bar, where a pianist plays on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, features 18 single malt scotches.
