THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS CLOSED FOR RENOVATION. Directed by Alain Ducasse, this restaurant specializes in beef and Canadian lobster. Surf 'n' turf is cooked in the same way---either sautéed à la plancha, simmered in an iron cauldron, skewered or steamed and served with vegetables and condiments.
