Dining room at Abbey Pub, Chicago, ILOne of the city’s original Irish pubs, the Abbey dishes up everything from sticky Guinness chicken wings and quesadillas to hummus, wraps and burgers. You’ll also find bites like a chicken and Irish bacon club, a meatloaf sandwich and, of course, corned beef and cabbage. Guinness pairs with everything---from an Irish breakfast to shepherd’s pie, while an array of musical acts attracts a hipster crowd. Notable daily lunch and dinner specials at the pub may include shepherd's pie and $3 Guinness and Harp drafts. International soccer and rugby matches, as well as Blackhawks and Bulls games, are screened on monitors throughout the restaurant.
