Adobo Grill Restaurant Review: Adobo packs them in with its festive setting, lively bar and creative menu. Almost everyone starts with the guacamole, which is made tableside, down to the pitting of the avocado. The ceviche is first-rate, and the chopped salad is most refreshing. We never pass up a good mole, and Adobo's version is solid (even if it's not the best in town). Especially when it’s cold outdoors, seek comfort in the casserole-like cazuelas of bubbly, browned cheese, which you use to make your own tacos. Inventive desserts include a tamal de chocolate. Meanwhile, an impressive tequila selection (not to mention a tequila sommelier) outclasses the wine list. Watch for frequent tequila dinners, which are a great deal.
