From the winding staircase to its dramatic orange, copper, metal and glass accents, this urban restaurant draws the crowds to its bar and dining rooms. Stiff margaritas and guacamole prepared tableside set a festive tone from the get-go. An appetizer of jícama mango salad with a pumpkin seed dressing, topped with seared tuna or salmon, could be a light meal. Or try plank-roasted salmon that is first marinated with adobo sauce and accompanied by a creamy ancho salsa and grilled vegetables. A prime Mexican beer is the ideal accompaniment before coffee and fried churros with a warm, spicy chocolate sauce.
