| This place is as hot as the salsa. From the winding staircase to its dramatic orange, copper, metal and glass accents, this urban restaurant draws the crowds to its bar and dining rooms. Stiff margaritas and guacamole prepared tableside set a festive tone from the get-go. And while drinks and appetizers could easily comprise a meal, know that it’s nearly impossible to deny oneself the tilapia, prepared Veracruz-style with tomato-rich sauce studded with plump olives. For an upscale alternative, go for the marinated pork tenderloin with black mole or the tender skirt steak slices accompanied with the signature guac and grilled tomatoes. |
