THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Agua Dulce Restaurant Review:

This pan-Latin restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen is a perpetual fiesta, so newcomers should prepare for a party before they arrive. The food, which touches on several Latin American countries, perhaps spreads the kitchen a tad thin at times, but it almost seems like the offerings from the kitchen are beside the point. The salmon ceviche with jalapeños is a nice starter as is the grape and honeydew melon gazpacho. For larger plates, the crispy salmon fell flat (or, rather, dry, in this case) but the decent skirt steak and juicy charred organic chicken make up for it. The Brazilian mixed seafood stew (in a coconut milk and cashew broth) is a hearty option on a chilly night. Of course, there are plenty of sangría and sweet cocktails to warm up the room, too.
