Ajna Bar offers Asian cuisine with French influences, served family-style, in the Meatpacking District. Appetizers may include shrimp dumplings with ginger-scallion ponzu and arugula; yellowtail sashimi with jalapeño, Asian chimichurri and herb salad; and seared sea scallops, cauliflower, pistachio and tamarind brown butter. Entrées might include Peking duck with zucchini, roasted mushrooms, and foie gras duck jus. Nigiri and sashimi and traditional and signature maki rolls round out the menu.
