THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Al Chula's American Grill Restaurant Review:

The long narrow space evokes an upper-end diner: booths on either side of the dining room, open kitchen, dark wood appointments. There is a large dining room at one end for private parties and a small bar toward the front. Service is laid-back yet efficient. Excellent for children and families. The diner setting allows for casual comfort food, and there’s plenty of that: Friday night fish fry, burgers and pastas. On the other hand, there are a number of steaks, chops and chicken dishes, so it seems as if this new restaurant is covering all its bases quite nicely.
