: Contemporary American restaurant Allium presents all-day dining at Four Seasons Hotel Chicago, starting with house-made buttermilk biscuits at breakfast all the way to a surf & turf burger and lamb neck meatloaf at dinner. Executive chef Michael Zachman's dinner menu also features steaks and sides of kale polenta and "crispy punched potatoes" with mustard aïoli and fried herbs. Wall-to-wall windows offer nightly views of a lit-up skyline. Sundays bring a brunch buffet boasting a make-your-own Bloody Mary bar, cheese and charcuterie selections, custom omelet station and more.
