: Located in the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago, Allium presents an ever-evolving menu focusing on seasonal ingredients from local purveyors, plus homemade delights like cheese lavosh for snacking. Sean Murray is now the executive chef. Dishes have included white asparagus gazpacho with Marcona almonds, grapes and smoked trout roe; handmade gnocchi with veal rag├╣ and maitake; signature Allium chicken for two with roasted potatoes, Swiss chard and buttermilk fried onions; and plenty of seafood and steak options. Wall-to-wall windows offer nightly views of a lit-up skyline.
