| This Upper West Side French restaurant’s chef-owner, Kenneth Gin, cranks up the culinary heat with his signature dishes: pâté with canard and caramelized apple purée, and the seafood pot-au-feu with fenugreek and lotus roots. Of course, you wouldn’t go wrong with any of his other dishes, either, from the pan-seared salmon with Israeli couscous and baby bok choy to the potato-wrapped lamb shank with tomato confit and rosemary. |
