THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Amarin Fusion Restaurant Review:
Diners are greeted with three menus: specials, a regular menu and a sushi menu. Our hands-down favorite dish is the huge tempura-fried soft shell crab, halved and served with a sweet chili sauce for dipping. This also is a good place to make a dinner out of appetizers; they have catchy names such as “Between the Sheets,” a thin, crispy sheet of chicken, shrimp and garlic. “Jade Noodles,” on the other hand, gets its name from the pile of spinach-hued noodles teeming with shrimp, onions, bean sprouts and mushrooms. Then there’s the Paradise Shrimp, loads of crustaceans tossed in Thai spices and quickly stir-fried with a touch of yellow curry, onions, pineapple, scallions, tomatoes and egg.
