| Amber is a neighborhood bistro with the heart of a city restaurant. The dining room is a fusion of modern lines and warm lighting, resulting in a sophisticated but still casual atmosphere. The menu is also about fusion. The season determines the food line-up, so dishes call out California freshness, even through Asian-inspired flavors. It's not unusual to see marinated beet and goat cheese salad alongside duck spring rolls on the menu. Owner Eric Janssen is a certified sommelier, so don't forget to take a look at the wine list, too. |
