The dishes on the reasonably priced buffet lunch are refreshed often, and the dinner menu offers light and oil-free appetizers such as chicken, fish, vegetable or cheese pakoras and Amber's Special, a mélange of potatoes and paneer, a type of fresh farmers' cheese.
