America Eats Tavern Restaurant Review: Chef José Andrés (Jaleo, Zaytinya, Oyamel Cocina Mexicana, etc.) has opened America Eats Tavern at The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner. The restaurant offers a new interpretation of American classics and also recognizes native ingredients. This dining concept started out as a year-long temporary restaurant in Washington, D.C., but the Virginia space is intended to be a permanent home.
