Amuse Wine Bar Restaurant Review: Amuse Wine Bar, located next to the restaurant Stage in the Honolulu Design Center, offers self-service wine sampling. Guests first purchase wine cards (starting at $20) that then allow them to try any of the dozens of wines in dispensers around the bar. Samples can range from one ounce to a glass. The brief menu offers a few pizzas and several appetizers such as ahi poke, pork quesadillas, and beef sliders with barbecue spiced french fries, or the ever-popular "ham and cheese" sandwich featuring truffle essence. For dessert, there are options like an apple and blueberry crisp and cinnamon crème brûlée with Vietnamese coffee ice cream. |
