This elegant restaurant from chef André Rochat occupies a two-story space on the Strip and houses a bar, a dining room, three private rooms, and a lounge. Among dishes are pan-seared foie gras with cardamom anglaise and cider reduction, and roasted apple and raisin tart; beef carpaccio with roasted cauliflower mousse, baby arugula and caraway crackers; grilled rack of venison with port wine reduction and parsley jus celery root purée, and phyllo-wrapped duxelle; and duck breast with cherry gastrique and duck jus, spiced duck and butternut squash croquettes and caramelized endive. The wine list boasts 1,500 selections. Among André's desserts are pastries and soufflés --- chocolate and Grand Marnier served with chocolate sauce or chilled sabayon. Andre’s welcomes young guests aged 12 and older.
