Antonio's Pizzeria & Cabaret on Catalina Island boasts a patio with views of Avalon Bay. Meanwhile, guests that choose to sit inside are served peanuts and encouraged to toss the shells on the floor. The Italian menu offers salads, sandwiches, pizzas and more. Among the house specialties is "Mamma Mia's Day Old Spaghetti," in which spaghetti, meatballs and sauce are "blended and chilled for aging," then sautéed in olive oil, butter, garlic, mushrooms, onions and Parmesan cheese, and finally baked and topped with mozzarella and jack cheese.
