Anton’s at the Swan Restaurant Review: Housed in the historic Swan Hotel, built in 1870, Anton’s is a charming, intimate restaurant with a menu notable for its seasonality and the creativity of chef/owner Chris Connors. Offerings change monthly but the caliber of the cuisine is a constant. Expect surprises like an appetizer of white pizza with wild mushrooms and a sunny side up egg; and a daring entrée such as rare tuna with creamed spinach and red wine. The wine list is small but well-chosen and served with appropriate flair by a professional staff. Desserts are few but satisfying --- try the pumpkin cheesecake with butterscotch sauce. More casual food (try the burger) is available at the bar.
