Anton’s at the Swan Restaurant Review: Housed in the historic Swan Hotel, built in 1870, Anton’s is a charming, intimate restaurant with a menu notable for its seasonality and the creativity of chef/owner Chris Connors. The menu changes monthly but the caliber of the cuisine is a constant. Expect dishes such as purée of sweet corn soup, or grilled pork chop with truffle mashed potatoes. A hearty wild mushroom shepherd's pie is a perennial winter favorite. The wine list is small but well chosen and served with appropriate flair by a well-trained staff. Desserts are few but satisfying --- try the peach blueberry crumb pie with crème anglaise.
