Veteran restaurateur Steve Westphal’s Aqua Prime Seafood & Steaks features a stylish interior and a friendly patio with umbrellas. Lively bars feature an array of nightly changing drink specials. Start with the signature fried shrimp or tangy tuna tataki (charred tuna with broccoli slaw, wasabi and pickled ginger). There are convenient wraps and sandwiches (buffalo chicken, grouper or veggie) as well as mains of Berkshire pork ribs or deep-water scallops. There’s even a bouillabaisse entrée, a tasty, traditional mix of mussels, shrimp and fish in a saffron broth served with warm Cuban bread. Desserts reflect the expected and the original, from a warm dark chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and a cherry on top, to mango mousse cake.
