Aquarian's answers a demand for healthful lunches that clangs throughout New Orleans; visitors unaccustomed to the city's taste for rich foods will find this sweet corner spot especially inviting. The young couple that owns the restaurant and small health food store prepare BLTs with tempeh bacon, plates of hummus and Bible bread, and freshly pressed juice blends, including one using carrot, honey, lemon and pineapple. Organic coffee and teas for every ailment are also on tap, and raw foods---including raw pizza and raw lasagna---are emerging as the café's small specialty.
