Arami Restaurant Review:
High-end sushi and Japanese cuisine mark this serene, West Town sleeper sporting a minimalist design with a moss garden, bamboo, and a sunny, atrium-style dining room. Past dishes have included togarashi-seared tuna with seaweed salad, kelp “noodles” and bright Meyer lemon dressing; tender braised duck in an orange ginger reduction with pickled plum; and a wide array of artfully created and plated sushi and sashimi. Wagyu beef, tofu, pork belly and other proteins are cooked on a traditional, coal-fired robata grill. There are also special dishes available for vegetarians, vegans and diners with gluten and shellfish intolerance.
