THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Arcelia's Restaurant Review: Arcelia’s accommodates diners who are happy with Tex-Mex fare and also those who hunger for adventure. For the former, the hot sauce is nicely warming; the chips are usually crisp; and the margaritas satisfy the pre-dinner cocktail urge. Guacamole passes muster and chicken is the filling of choice for tacos and burritos, although there's a very fine pork tamale, too, and good, sizzling fajitas with vegetables and beans. Desserts are what you’d expect---flan, sopapillas, fruit empanadas. For the more intrepid, posole and menudo both are available on the weekend. Nopal salad is a tasty initiation to cactus strips. Chile verde does not burn but instead tingles just enough so that the charm of the meat and vegetables are not lost in the flames. If there is too much pepper, a wide range of Mexican beer is available to extinguish the fire.
