Argi Eder Restaurant Review: Chef Philippe Dottax prepares regional specialties with care and delicacy. The excellent cellar is particularly strong on Bordeaux, but also offers good Spanish vintages and an interesting assortment of liquors. A charming welcome and gracious service in a large Basque chalet with terracotta-tiled floors and comfortable, traditional décor. Meals can also be enjoyed on the poolside terrace.
