| Because steak maven Arnie Morton's son Peter had already used the family name for his trendy West Hollywood restaurant, this branch of the nationwide steakhouse chain created a unique name to distinguish itself when it came here in the late 80s. At this location centered in Burbank's Media District, the steaks are the same aged Prime you'll find elsewhere, complete with super tableside presentation. We love the steaks, but you may start with a jumbo lump crab meat cocktail or broiled sea scallops wrapped in bacon. The soufflés must be ordered in advance, and while chocolate is the favorite with most, there's also raspberry and lemon for a lighter finish. |
