This East Village eatery specializes in Italian cuisine and all-around warmth. The yellow walls, polished wood and fireplace accents the friendly service and pleasing upscale Italian food. Seafood reigns here and the antipasti of choice should be gamberi and capesante (shrimp and scallops sautéed with peppers, zucchini and mushrooms). You also can’t go wrong with the penne alla vodka, the lobster-stuffed ravioli, or the veal scaloppine with white wine, artichokes, grated Parmigiana and a touch of cream.
