Asahi Japanese Restaurant Restaurant Review

: This bustling sushi bar in a suburban shopping center offers all-you-can-eat sushi, usually a red flag for savvy sushi eaters. But the quality here is surprisingly good, and the selection of rolls is extensive. Most sushi is well crafted from fresh product --- perfect for a quick lunch. Consider specialties like popcorn bay scallops with eel sauce and spicy mayo over a foundation of California roll, or an artfully plated tuna tower. The regulars finish with green tea ice cream in this spacious eatery with traditional art and a huge L-shaped bar. Asahi is one of the area’s better sushi bars, and the service is professional.
