The Ashburn Pub Restaurant Review

: This neighborhood pub attracts locals looking for a comfortable meal and raucous good times. It’s quite casual (the bartender may just be wearing shorts and a T-shirt) and its menu zeros in on all the dishes we might wish mom made every day. One exception is the unusual Buffalo Chips, which are a cross between a potato chip and a french fry, mildly seasoned with hot sauce. These along with the Parmesan-crusted tater tots pair well with just about any of the entrées. The steak-egg-cheese sandwich (also served for a Sunday breakfast) contains a four-ounce piece of beef on toast topped with an egg. The Beaver Chicken sandwich takes a piece of grilled chicken and anoints it with the house-created sauce. Larger selections include fish ‘n’ chips, pork chops and chili mac. The long wooden bar offers ideal seating for patrons who want to watch one of the many overhead TVs tuned to a sports channel.
