Chef Shuffle

Leaving his post as executive sous chef at Restaurant Eugene, Woolery "Woody" Back will assume the position of chef de cuisine at Table & Main in September. Owner/operator Ryan Pernice and co-owner/executive chef Ted Lahey will open Osteria Mattone later this year, which will also be located on Canton Street in historic downtown Roswell, and more talent was needed to support the expansion of their operations. Back says he hopes to bring more of an organic farmer-driven philosophy to Table & Main, which just celebrated its second anniversary.
