While the Conrad's entire 25th floor centers on dining venues (called, collectively, Level 25), Atrio remains the hotel’s top-end restaurant right in the heart of Miami’s business and financial district. The intimate, subtly lit room with floor-to-ceiling windows offers a limited menu of globally inspired contemporary dishes, complemented by sweeping city vistas and sunsets. The repertoire of French-born executive chef Virgile Brandel ranges from a giant heirloom tomato ravioli topped with ricotta and basil oil to Colorado lamb chops with baby vegetables. The signature dessert is warm donut bread pudding with toffee sauce and strawberry jam ice cream. A wine attic holds more than 200 vintages.
