THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Au Mandarin Restaurant Review:
Those in the financial field are drawn to the elegant yet comfortable space in what would otherwise be called a food court. Black lacquer chairs, an aquarium and starched tablecloths make it a fitting venue for corporate lunches or weekend suppers. Chef Kin Luk, brought in from Paris, creates a menu that fuses an array of regional specialties with European influences. Try the steamed shrimp, vegetable and pork dumplings or go for the Peking duck. The Singapore noodles in curry spice things up a bit. Several good wines by the glass make fine pairings for the variety of flavors.
