Auntie Pasto's Restaurant Review: The long and rambling menu is reasonably priced and the setting is casual; service is friendly and families with kids and large parties are welcomed with open arms. Traditional dishes, and a few on the trendier side, include the seafood stew or cacciuco, rich and thick with clams, mussels and other shellfish and satisfying with lots of crusty bread to soak up every last drop. The Chicago-style pepper steak is a 12-ounce dry-aged rib-eye topped with giardiniera relish and served over creamy risotto. Save room for one of the classic desserts like tiramisu or a cannoli, or try one of the creative craft cocktails from the bar. Note that this restaurant is no longer affiliated with the Auntie Pasto's location in downtown Honolulu, although some of the menu items remain the same.
