Austin Grill Restaurant Review: Austin Grill’s chefs bring the flavors of Texas to the Washington area. Start your meal with the house's famed chili, a bowl of simmered, shredded beef with ground ancho and chipotle chiles. But it is only one of the many delights on the menu: fajitas, enchiladas, burritos, carnitas and quesadillas, plus a selection of gluten-free and lite fare, all make dynamic meals. If you need to quench your thirst with all this hot, spicy food, select a cooling tequila drink or a chilled brew. In fact, you can even find a jalapeño-basil margarita. Mondays could bring Margarita Bites for dessert. In the restaurant’s various locations the décor may vary slightly with its Out-West funkiness.
